Hello featurific-team,

I really like featurific, I think it is the best featured content slideshow on the market!

Unfortunately running featurific in my wordpress blog causes this error messages in my server-logfliles:

Quote:[Thu Feb 26 23:18:57 2009] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xxx] Directory index forbidden by rule: /home/www/wp-content/pl ugins/featurific-for-wordpress/

and

Quote:[Thu Feb 26 13:52:53 2009] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xx.xxx] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /home/www/wp-content/plugins/featurific-for-wordpress/

My website hoster told me that this error causes an defunc-process on the apache server which slows down the website speed a lot!

Do you have an idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks for your email. We're aware of this issue, and have fixed the problem in the codebase. The changes should be included in the next release of the plugin. As for the defunct processes, you shouldn't need to worry about them. For more information regarding defunct processes, just check out google. For example, try the following link:
