Featurific Support

I noticed there is a upgrade to 1.5.5, and in your FAQ you have mention of - I have purchased Featurific Pro. How do I upgrade the plugin without reverting back to Featurific Free?

Specifically it says:
In order to retain Featurific Pro through the upgrade, first copy Featurific Pro (FeaturificFree.swf in the featurific-for-wordpress directory) to a safe location that is either outside of the plugin directory or on your local system....

Can you be more specific about what files should be kept? I see that I have Featurificpro.swf AND Featurificfree.swf. How should I proceed?

FeaturificFree.swf is the name of the file that Featurific uses to display the slideshow. When you upgrade to Featurific Pro, we provided you with a replacement FeaturificFree.swf file. The name is a bit misleading (since it includes the word 'Free'), but when you place that file into your plugin directory, the Pro features (or Unbranded features, if you purchased that version) become available.

So, you have two options:

1. Save the 'Pro' (or 'Unbranded') version of FeaturificFree.swf to a safe location (such as your local desktop). Upgrade the plugin, and then copy your 'Pro'/'Unbranded' version of FeaturificFree.swf back into the featurific-for-wordpress directory.

2. Locate your original copy of FeaturificFree.swf that you obtained from us. This might have been included in an email sent from us, explaining how to install the software. Once you've located the email, perform the same steps explained in option 1, but use the FeaturificFree.swf file that we sent to you in the email.
