Getting FEATURIFIC to work on my Home Static Page

I have disabled the visual editor - I have used "Sniplet" plugin to add PHP code to pages - I have made a new custom page template and added the PHP code to - I have tried several differnet code - this one I thing is the correct one--

BUT nothing seems to work

Although it does work on my BLOGs page
