How To Eliminate Message at Top of Admin

Hello --

We have implemented Featurific on the 'home' page of a heavily customized WP template and it works great! Thanks for such a wonderful plugin.

However, even though we have 'manually' installed the code and it is working on the site, the warning message in the admin area will not go away. Can you let me know how to get that message removed?
